As a Buddy, I get to welcome new users to the site, help them find their way around, and make sure they feel comfortable and adjusted to different areas of the site. Here's a thread that you might find useful in figuring out the site's support/advice resources, how they work, and where you can find them. This page might also be beneficial to you, too - it lists some resources you can use to seek help outside of the site if you need it. The Chat Room's also pretty awesome, too, you can use it to seek help and support or just to kick back and chill out
