I noticed you've already posted in the Support Forums. May I suggest you make an appearance in the Arrivals and Departures forum. It gives our other users the honor of being able to greet you properly. We have some other great features here, such as The Chat-Room, Blogs, Social Groups, Photo Albums, HelpLINK, and Live Help. All are great ways to seek advice/make friends. If you ever get the chance you should totally check them out.
