I managed to do a lot of work. I was productive overall. I still have a fair amount of things left to do, but I'm just resting my eyes and enjoying a break for now.

I saw the doctor and got a diagnosis on my knee. It wasn't a good result, but it's an achievement on the fact I actually booked the appointment, and went.

I communicated with clients regarding their nutrition, health, and general exercise. I put some household things up for sale we no longer want. I spent time chatting to my friend.
