I understand what you mean, and I see that you have problems with some alternatives. But it's a trial and error system, you just need to find out what works for YOU, nobody else can help...

Regardless of the damage this does to your body, yes this is self harm. You're hurting yourself with the intention to cause damage onto your body. You're not a 'wimp' for not being able...
