I'm glad you're liking things here so far!
The livehelp system is run by volunteers and unfortunately that means we can't guarantee it will be on at any particular time. It is usually on a few times a day though so i guess it's just a case of waiting and hoping you spot when it's online. Have you been in the chat room yet? If you pop in there you'll usually find someone who can help you out or who would be happy to chat. Also, you're always welcome to message me if you want to talk about anything.
Another way you can get help from staff members here on the site is through the HelpLink system. If you click here it will explain a bit more about different places you can go if you're looking for support.
