- I'm a recovery Anorexic. I have restored all the weight I lost. It was difficult but I did it.
I stuggle with anxiety and depression on a daily basis but smile to hide all pain.
I have become such a positive person because I am terrified that if I am negative that I will quickly decline and end back up where I was at.
I was diagnosed with Anxiety a few years back and same goes for Depression. Around age 11, i developed disordered eating habits which lead to Bulimia Nervosa by age 17. Soon after my 20th birthday, I was diagnosed with ENDOS. In June I was told I had Anorexia Nervosa and had two choices... either to live or to die. I decided that I would try one last time to recover.
After everything I have gone through, I do my best to help others. I've learned though, that one must help themselves before they can help others.
