Be sure to check out the Support forums some time as they're one of the main ways to offer and receive support from other users. There's also a forum called Arrivals and Departures where you can post your own thread to introduce yourself and let others know you're here. There are also loads of other ways you can talk to others users and get advice, such as a chatroom and HelpLINK, a service where you can receive detailed and one-to-one support from the volunteers here.
