Hey there! May I please extend to you the warmest of welcomes to TeenHelp?
I'm Adam, a Live Help Operator here on the site; that means that I help to run the Live Help system, which is one of the many excellent ways in which you can receive help and support on the site (plus, if you want to help others, you can do that here too).
Since you're new to the site, it might be helpful for you to introduce yourself to the brilliant community of which you are now a part. There are a number of ways in which you can do this, the first of which might be that you could fill in the About Me section of your new TeenHelp profile. We also have a specific Arrivals and Departures forum (also featuring this handy guide), or you can choose to meet new friends in the laid-back atmosphere of our Chat Room.
As a user of the site, you're part of a very diverse community, and within it we have a number of Buddies whose job it is specifically to help users to settle into the site. If you ever have any questions or concerns on the site, you can contact a Buddy (or me) through Visitor Messages - the system I'm using to send this message - or Private Messages, and we'll try our best to make sure you get the most out of your experience here.
