Hey there ! Welcome to Teen Help !!! I'm Canadian too! What part of Canada are you from? I'm in Alberta.

Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Jen, and I'm a buddy here. Anybody who is a buddy has a light green username. We are a group of volunteer staff who like to meet new members and be the welcome wagon! So...WELCOME! haha. There's lots of different ways to get help here. I see you've already used one of those ways, which is posting in the support forums. If you get a chance, head over to the arrivals and departures thread and introduce yourself to everybody

The other ways you can get help are through Live Help, HelpLINK, and the chat room. In live help, you click the live help button when it's online and get to talk one on one with a volunteer about anything. With HelpLINK, you write an e-mail like post to the mentors, and 3 of them will post back a lengthy response to you. In the chat room, we go to hang out and socialize, but there are 2 rooms called support and advice.

If you need anything, don't hesitate to contact me! I'm usually found in the chat room when I'm online, so that's a good place to find me if you're ever looking and don't feel like sending a visitor message.
