Hey there, Casper! Welcome to TeenHelp! My name is Sammi and I'm one of the Buddies here on the site. I'm going to give you some tips here to help you get started, but I know I probably won't get to cover anything, unless you want to read a short novel. If you have any questions about anything I mentioned, or something I didn't mention, feel free to ask myself or any other Staff member - we're the ones with the brightly colored names! All that being said, let's get started!
The first place you'll want to visit is our Arrivals and Departures forum, which can be found here. Feel free to create a thread and introduce yourself so you can get a proper welcome! This is honestly one of the warmest, friendliest communities I've ever been a part of and I know everyone will be eager to make sure you feel welcome here.
If you're looking to make some new friends, the Chat room is an awesome place to check out! Click here when you get the chance and see who's hanging around online. There's usually some interesting conversations going on in there and, if you happen to hit a rare occasion and it's silent, feel free to start a conversation yourself! I've made some of my best friends here through late night Chat sessions and it's definitely one of my favorite parts of the site.
The last thing I think you should check out is the work that our amazing teams do! These are our Articles, Social Networking, and Videos teams. Our articles and videos can be found here and here. You can also follow our Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr to see the work our Social Networking Team does! This is the really cool thing about these teams: YOU can get involved! Unlike other Staff positions that require you to fulfill certain requirements, these teams are open to everyone and you can contribute your ideas. Check them out and see if any of them draw your attention. They're another way to get connected and they provide some awesome resources for many things you might be looking for!
