I hope all that goes down easily for you too! Sounds like it might be pretty stressful, but stick with it! Honestly, uni prep is stressful enough for me so I dread to think what it must be like to be moving to a completely different part of the world. Like I said, good luck with it all though. Hopefully it wont be so bad.
I'm looking for a job, but trying ti find one is easier said than done. I have an interview on Wednesday which I'm hoping will go well, but even then I wouldn't start until Septemberish because it's a new store! I miss having an income. I can't do much anymore because I just don't have the money.
It was really good thanks! We're going back again in a couple of weeks for 3 days. There's an airshow there which we're going to see which I'm really looking forward to.
Coming up quickly! Are you staying in student halls? Are you able to move in before the 17th? I'm excited too! It'll be good to finally be that close to each other
I'm jealous! I hope you guys have fun! Are you going to do anything nice?
No worries, I'm pretty sure my reply is even later
I know what you mean. I've kind of been the same way - just to get my staff duties done. I am actually in a state of stagnation, because I'm waiting to apply for my visa and book my ticket, and honestly, I hope that happens quick. Once that's done, I won't feel like I'm in limbo, and start with getting all my stuff organised. I have my suitcases. That's about it. I have to go shopping and what not. Quite frankly, I am really not in the best place, constantly worrying about whether things are going to work out alright and such. I'm nervous, more than anything, worries, but excited at the same time.
Are you looking for a job right now? Or are you just looking to let things go by till you have to go to Uni?
That sounds wonderful! How was the trip to the coast with your friends?
My course starts on the 22nd of September. I'm supposed to be there by the 17th. I will probably arrive there by the 14th or 15th, just in case, because I feel I need a little time to get settled. I'm so excited because it also means I get to see you soon.
I'll be seeing Traci tomorrow, before she leaves. She's been so busy with her work here we've barely been able to talk. But I'm glad I get to see her at least once before she goes, so I'm excited and looking forward to that!
Sorry for such a late reply. I don't get on here much anymore and when I do it's usually just a passing visit to be nosy.
Ah that's good! Good luck with the four months. I'm on my sixth month of being unemployed (Jesus that's gone fast!) and I'm so. bored. At least you'll have stuff to do soon, what with getting settled in over here and stuff. Are you excited/nervous?
Things in general aren't too bad. Nothing all that special though. I'm off to the coast for a few days with some friends tomorrow, and then again in the summer at some point, but yeah thats as exciting as it gets I'm afraid.
Oh I'm sure it will. You'll have to let me know dates you're here and stuff, and of course how it all goes. I'm sure you'll be fine but obviously I'm here if you need any thing!
Yeah? That's good! I've been alright! I've been rotting away at home, knowing that I have four entire months to do nothing in what about you, bug? How are things in general. I feel bad that we don't get to talk as much as we used to, but hey, I really hope that changes when I come to London
I came home the first weekend for a visit, then went back for 2 weeks and then came home for good. Really didn't like it there.
I'm free most of the time at the moment. No job luck yet, so let me know and we'll catch up!
