If you're looking for any advice/support beyond the forums, we also have a HelpLINK system which you can find here. It's more private than posting on the forums, and only those who have access to the HelpLINK ticket support system can see your responses. We also have a chatroom operated via Discord which you can access at the bottom of the forum's main index page. There's often a few members in there so if you're looking for someone to talk to or need a quicker response to any questions, that's definitely the place to go!
