Hiya, welcome to Teen-Help (or as most of us like to call this site TH ) , it's a great place to have a joined and we're all really friendly and none of us bite. If you have not done so already you might like to post a thread and introduce yourself in the Arrival and departures forum. There are lots of ways to access help and support here on TH. Some of the ways are : Live help - you can tell when this is on-line because in the menu box just above the forums the live help will be green and will say ' on-line'. Live help is similar to a instant messaging type of program. Help-link is another way to access help and support this works like an email you fill in your name and age and email address then in the box below you type out the issue/problem and then click send, you can find this in the menu above the forums too. The forums are also a great way to support and advice. So is the chat room - http://www.teenhelp.org/chat/
