- I am currently 18. I have finished highschool. In september I will be taking an extra year of school, but in Germany, with a good friend of mine. I attend weekly psychotherapy sessions to deal with a rocky family relationship, and the host of emotional disorders that stem from it. I used to own a bird, but he died a few years ago. I'm still touchy about that. I have two dogs and a cat. Everyone calls the cat a family cat when he's behaving, but when he's being an ass or has made a dreadful mess he's my cat, so I think he's my cat all the time. I play the flute, have a best friend that I love with all of my heart, and believe that everyone has two families: The one you are born into, and the one that you choose. The two are not mutually exclusive, nor inherently inclusive.
