    i dont know anymore...im too locked up in this and i cant let go....
    im tired of everything, tired of the anger, the guilt, the shame, the dread, just everything.

    what's the point now? i know i sound pathetic, but i don't care...i wan tto change, i just don't know how, or where to start.

    can someone please help me. please?
