- Hello. My name is Emma Bogacki and I joined the TeenHelp line to get help for my situation.
On February 7, 2018 I was told by my dad that my mother no longer wanted me to live at her house. She said this because I told my counselor that I had used marijuana before and that I had got it from my mother. My mother said that she never smoked marijuana with me but she has. This event happened in October of 2016.
I said that I had smoked marijuana before to the counselor because I was answering a question to be able to even get into counseling. I was being truthful and when CPS got involved and talked to my mother February 6, 2018...she denies everything.
I have divorced parents. They divorced when I was two. I have a little brother and two little sisters. My little brother lives with my dad because he is my dad's girlfriends kid. My two little sisters live with my mom but only one of them is my full-blooded sister.
Tensions have always been difficult between me and my mother. November 2016 I made up a story that I was raped. I was never raped and I never want to be raped. I don't know why I made up the story. I get asked sometimes but I never have an answer.
I have been writing up a court paper about the events that happened between me and my mother leading up to this point. It isn't the best but I'm working through it. I want to just live with my dad and not have to deal with the yelling. I hope the court doesn't make me go live with my mom. I don't want to.
I always feel scared around my mother. I never feel safe around her and CPS got called for this to but the case was dismissed. I want help with my situation. I always feel like I want to cry for no reason or I hate myself or I get anxiety or emotional. I want help so badly but I don't know how to get it. I'm seeing a counselor but I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. Hopefully I can get help.
