Welcome to TeenHelp, I'm Charli and I'm one of the staff members here. My primary role on the site is a Buddy and it's our job to welcome and help new users around the site and answer any questions that they may have. Therefore if you need any help, feel free to PM me and I will do my best to help you, or PM another member of staff and they will be equally as happy to help you.

I noticed that you have already posted on the forums, but if you do need any help still, feel free to PM me.
I would suggest posting in Arrivals and Departures and letting everyone know you are here. That way you can get to know the regular users and the staff members and they can get to know you.
