I see you posted a blog entry. If you are looking for advise, I advise you to use one of four options.
HelpLink: Top Left of the page. Write out your issue and HL staff will reply. This can take a little longer than the other options at times.
Live Help: Right next to HL. This is one-on-one help from a staff member. They are not always available, but if it says 'online' just click it and wait to be connected to a staff member. It's instant messaging, bascially.
Chat Room: Very top of the page under 'Get Advice'. This is a place where staff and other members can advice or support you. There isn't always someone willing to listen, but if there is, it can be very helpful. You can speak privately or in the chat room to get a wider range of advice.
Support Forums: Top of page. This is one of the most used features. Click on a category that seems to fit your situation, top left 'New Thread', then post. Members and Staff can reply.
