There's also quite a few features worth checking out and twiddling with if you haven't already, such as the Albums, Social Groups, Blogs and the Chat-Room which is a fun place to chat, make friends or even get advice. For advice, there's HelpLINK and LiveHelp when it's online, both are really helpful features. Then there's the Support Forums which has several categories for different problems or topics.
