Hellooooooooooo! How are you doing? Hopefully you're doing good.
I just wanted to come by and welcome you to TeenHelp. I'm Serena and I'm a Buddy here. Buddies are the cookie collectors, anyone with lime green usernames you have to give all your cookies. So gimmee.
Kidding! I'm slightly crazy. But seriously, Buddies are the users with lime green usernames and we're here to help users find their way around the site and answer questions if they're having trouble. So if you need anything then feel free to contact me or any Buddies!
Since you haven't posted anything, I recommend posting an introduction in Arrivals & Departures so that everyone can say hello and welcome you. People around here are pretty friendly so don't be shy.
Sometimes it's a little difficult to figure out how things work, so it might be a good idea to click here. It explains how VMs work, how to obtain advice/support etc. Mainly just helps add a good intuition of TeenHelp.
Not sure if you have already, so I thought I'd suggest some of the site's features. Such as the Chat-Room, Blogs, Social Groups, Albums, Articles and the Newsletter. For advice/support, there's always the Support Forums which is great. But there's also a couple features mainly for getting advice, which is LiveHelp and HelpLINK.
