I just wanted to let you know that if you ever need somebody to talk to live, you can always let me know and I can try to schedule a time with you to be able to either log into the Live Help service or chat room. I'd love to be able to help! Live Help has no specific hours, it's whenever people are available, but if you have a time that works for you, and I can see what I can do.

Hi!

There is no specific times as to when LiveHelp is online. It just depends as to when there is operators available.

If you require help/support and find that LiveHelp is offline, you can always use the forums, chatrooms or the HelpLink system.
