Hey, I don't mind at all! Yes there is, if you click this link to the User CP along the side there will be a list of functions and quick links and about half way down the page there will be a link that says Edit Email, Password and Username which will let you change your username. You can only change it once every six months, though.

I linked the link in the words 'How to get advice' but you can click the words in this message as well.

You're welcome. To make a new thread you simply click on the forum you want and at the very top there will be a button that says 'new thread'. Here is a link to the How to get advice thread which goes over and explains it in more detail and with pictures! If you need anything else please don't hesitate to message me.
