Hey, welcome to TeenHelp.
I'm Adz, nice to meet you.
TH is a great place to give and get advice on the Internet and to make loads of new friends. So to help you settle in, you can introduce yourself in the Arrivals and Departures forum. You can share as much or as little about yourself as you're comfortable with.
While you're there, be sure to read the sticky threads at the top for a guide on how TH works.
You might want to visit the chat room too, where you can chat with other TH users and chill out, and there's also a dedicated room for support and advice.
And one final thing to do is to edit your user profile. You can do this directly from this page by pressing the "About Me" tab, or you can edit it from your User CP.
