Since you haven't posted yet, I'd highly recommend you check out the support forums. They're the main site feature and most members use them to ask for and give advice or support as needed. It's also a great place to meet other members and make friends (especially in the chit-chat and arrivals and departures forums!). So check them out some time, and drop me a messaage or something!
