If you're looking for different ways to receive advice/support, we offer a variety of different methods such as HelpLINK which you can find here. It's a lot more private than the forums. Only those who have access to the HelpLINK support system will ever see your support requests. We also have a chatroom operated via Discord which you can find at the bottom of the forum's index page. It's quite active and has several visitors each day, so if you're looking for more instant advice and/or support, that's definitely the place to go!
