Some other ways to get advice are HelpLINK - which is where you write in, creating a ticket that HelpLINK Mentors (that's me!) respond to. Live Help is a one-on-one chat type system in real time. Then you can post on the Support Forums or even enter the Chat Room.
The Chat Room is also a great place to make friends, or you can message some of the users on the site. We definitely don't bite.
