Hi I am glad you are ready for Christmas. Sorry it's been busy. Hope you have fun relaxing. That sounds fun cooking. For meals, I plan everything out for Monday through Friday and cook those days, I cook everything, spaghetti chili, chicken enchiladas, things like that just not fish. Hope you have a lovely day.
