A couple links you might find helpful are this thread and this page. The thread explains the site's support/advice resources, how to find them and how they work and the page gives you a list of resources you can use to seek help outside of the site if you need it.
I see you haven't made any posts yet! Why not post an introduction in the Arrivals and Departures forum? It's a fast and easy way to let other members of the community get to know you
