- My name is Jessica and I am really really depressed I am just looking for people who share the same issues I do. Not a day goes by that I ponder wether or not I should commit suicide most of the time it's the thought of putting my family through that is what makes me snap out of it everytime. I know I will most likely never do it but I'm just so sick of putting myself through this I want and need help I just don't know how to tell anyone. I think my problem is mainly my weight I do exercise and eat as healthy as I can and I just can't loose it and I absolutly hate it and I hate my size and how I look.
