Hello and welcome to TeenHelp! I'm so happy you're here!

My name is Sam and I'm a Community Mentor here. In a nutshell, that means I'm around to answer any questions you might have about any of the features TeenHelp has to offer. It's sort of like having your own personal tour guide. Of course, I'm also always around for a chat, whether it's about something you're going through or just chatting about fun things.

One of the first things I like recommending to our new members is taking a moment to create a thread in our Arrivals and Departures forum (here). It's the fastest way to introduce yourself to our community and it gives our other members the chance to welcome you properly. While you're at it, take some time to look through the rest of our forums - we have one for just about any challenge you may be facing or feel that you can give advice on! Our Chat Room (here) is also a great place to spend some time. Hanging out in Chat will help you meet some more of our users and have conversations in real-time. We have a number of rooms in there, so there's always someone around for general chats or to give advice if you need it in the moment.

TeenHelp truly does offer so many features that it would turn this message into a short novel if I tried to list them all. For instance, we have our Articles section (here), where our incredible team has written tons of informative articles, ranging from fun topics to different issues that people may be facing. Our Blogs feature (here) gives you the chance to write out your thoughts, sort of like a diary. It's great if there's something you need to get off your chest, but don't feel like writing a forum post about. We've also put together a comprehensive Resouces page (here) if there's something that you're looking for beyond what TeenHelp can offer. If there's anything specific that you're looking to get out of your time here, please feel free to shoot me a message! I'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction. If I'm not around for any reason, you can also reach out to any of our other Staff members - we're the ones with the bold, colorful usernames.
