You can tell what positions people hold by the colour of their usernames: buddies are light green, for example, and regular users are purple. So if you need anything, your best bet is to contact a buddy, like me.
I'd recommend starting by posting an introduction in the Arrivals and Departures forum, so you can be given some tips on how to find your way around. Most people here are really friendly, so don't be afraid to drive right in. Most of us don't bite.
