And ahh, thing is, if you're sore, then you're doing it wrong btw . You should never feel sore after exercise, since that's your body telling you that you're overdoing it.
What sports is it you do? (I'm guessing you do due to the exercising 'n stuff >.> )

Ahh, yeah, tell me about it, I do that myself, since for some odd reason, I seem to be the most awake at night, and all tired and dogged during the day.
