Hey there Stacytoms! I'm Jen, and I just wanted to say welcome to teen help!
This website has been really helpful to it's members, and there are lots of ways to get help and give help. Live help is when you can talk one-on-one with a volunteer about any problem or concern. HelpLINK is similar, but you write a message kind of like an e-mail, and 3 mentors will respond back with lengthy responses. The support forums are there for us to ask for help, give help, and have some fun too. The chat room is a place where lots of people hang out, socialize, make friends, and ask for support.

If you ever have any questions or need a starting point, you can always contact me through visitor message or private message. I'm also usually found in the chat room
