Hey, welcome to TeenHelp! I'm Serena, a Buddy here. Buddies help new members around the site so feel free to ask if you're having trouble finding your way around. On a side-note, I brought cookies... but I ate them on the way here.
You can follow the cookie crumbs to Arrivals & Departures. I thought it'd be awesome if you posted an introduction thread in there so that everyone can say hello and officially welcome you to the site. Also be a good idea to click here as it explains how VMs work and how to navigate the site, get advice/support etc.
There's also some pretty awesome features around here as well, such as the Chat-Room, Social Groups, Blogs, Albums, Articles and the Newsletter.
Your username is pretty awesome. Speaking of support, you can always post in the appropriate forum in the Support Forums for advice/support. Along with that, you can also use HelpLINK and/or LiveHelp if you'd like. If you need help, I really hope you reach out and get the support you need. You're welcome to use any of these resources.
