I'm Keeley and I'm a staff member here. Welcome to TeenHelp. The site is quite large, and can be hard to navigate at times, so it wouldn't be surprising at all if you had any questions. I'm here to answer whatever questions you have, as are all the users with lime green names, who are called Buddies.

The first link explains how to do things like send messages (so you can ask questions or say hi or whatever) and the second explains all the ways you can get help on the forums.

If you think you'd like to get to meet some people, probably the two best ways are to post a thread in the Arrivals and Departures forum saying that you're new and to go into the Chat Room.
