hello, thank you for the friendly email i just wanted to ask what does it mean if your a buddy like what do you do exactly? also what can i do to become a buddy?

sorry for the questions lol but i just wanted to ask do you think i can personally get to know and email advice to people and how can i do that, i am very fond of advising people via email as that is less embarrassing and the person is more able to let out their feelings and thoughts, what suggestions would you be able to give me
