If you want help with anything, you can also make use of all the parts of the forums for that. All the ways you can get help here are explained in that thread.
I also suggest you stop by the Arrivals and Departures forum and make a thread saying you're new and you'll get a huge greeting. You can also stop by the Chat Room if you want to meet some people.
