- Okay, so I'm Steph. I'm 19, live in a supported living scheme..
Love having my own flat! =] Is great..
Have been in the mental health system for a good while now, had 3 months in hospital when things got pretty bad, but am out now.. hopefully for good (although my psych doesnt agree (but she's batty) =]) I dont have many friends that I keep in close contact with, but the few I have are great, and support me well.. they help lift me when I'm down, and try and control me when I'm up.. lol =]
Bad things have happened through my life, and I would love to try and help support people struggling through similar things..
I am being treated by the Conifers CMHT =] and spend a lot of time doing groups at the Well-Being Centre =] Have met some truely amazing people during my hospital stay and through my groups.. they show true strength..
So.. anyway, I'm here to talk to if anyone needs to.. =]
