    Hello Casey,
    Thank you for being my Buddy. Today is just one of those days where the insomnia really is kicking into high gear. Im sorry that im writting to you after so very long. Allot of things have happened since i joined and well, im doing the best i can and am trying do push myself every day. Even if it is in little ways so as to not give up in life.
