Honestly though its so hard. I haven't cut myself, so i count that as being SH free, even though i've still hurt myself otherwise....
One week! And well, I've had some close calls, but I've worked through them.

10 days, almost 11, without cutting. Unless the little scratch I have counts. Then that'd mean back to Zero.
