Goal: Go to Scotland. -

Basically that's it.
But only problem is... What can I do to make it as cheap as possible? Do I need a travel agent?
I already have a place worked out to stay and all that jazz.

Book flights yourself, you won't have to pay anyone extra money, and you'll need a tourist visa, which is valid for up to six months. You do however need to prove you can support yourself while here. As in you won't have to start begging on the streets for money. But since you'll be with me, I doubt this is a big problem

Miss out the middle person and search yourself. Use something like travel supermarket (they're pretty damn good!). www.visitscotland.com is pretty useful!
Look for youth hostels too. Although, i'm not too sure on how good/safe they are <3
