I'm not sure if anyone else on here has Lupus, but even if you don't, and you need help managing pain, I just wanted to pass this along. [Edited] I recently started using it daily for pain due to my Lupus, and I've had amazing results. [Edited] and It's been great for joint pain! I also use [Edited] has a relief for my restless leg syndrome. I'm not sure if it will help anyone else, but I just thought I would share. So far using the [Edited] have kept me off pain pills which isn't something I want for me.
I've also been using essential oils to help with the anxiety and stress that has accompanied my lupus. I've been looking in to yoga as well. I hear that staying active will help, but because I have to pace myself my doctor recommended Yoga. It will help me relax, stay flexible, and still get some physical activity.
Do any of you have any natural pain relief you seek for anything? I'd love to hear some other ideas/advice. Thanks in advance.

What's the yoga like? I am curious about yoga, but have never actually tried it.
I don't really use much in the way of natural pain relief, apart from hot/cold compresses for general aches and pains. I've heard lavender can be calming but I don't like the scent
