Alcohol free: nix. Sadly...
Everything else:
One full year without dependency on sleep pills.
Two months without... Well, let's just say 'special incense'
Never sober from idiotic thoughts and actions. It's a personality trait apparently. Damn.

About 3 weeks for alcohol, and I am glad to say I resisted yesterday even though I was really stressed and it was sitting right there.

I have been sober for only a month now and i haven't been high for a month!!!!!!!! i am very proud of myself!!!!!!!!!

6 months 10 days weed free.
About a week or two alcohol free.
About a month, maybe, cigarette free.

I haven't had sex in about 3 months (sex addiction)
I haven't smoked in about 3 months (but I'm starting back up soon)
I haven't had vodka shots in the morning and during the day for about 3 months
I haven't cut in over a year and started again, last time was 5 days ago
I haven't had Tim Hortons coffee in 1 month
I haven't scratched or picked my skin in 2 months

I made it to about one month without alcohol, but I had a huge relapse last night.

I have been sober for 2months,but drank a some beer and vodka saturday a friends party... so and I havent done drugs in about 2months and some weeks but started back up on getting high last friday... .... SH free for 2 months and havent started again ...yet... im trying to go at least a year of being SH free....
My wrist have cuts and scars, and they tell my story and who i am.

Little under a year for cigs. I've ben tempted far too much with weed but stand strong and never really had an alcohol addiction but last time I drank little under a year. No, wait, a week. A few beers with dinner.
