Broiled Banana Split Recipe - August 26th 2012, 10:43 PM

It's almost time for my group of friends to have another food day (we planned it for Labor day at the park-we have random days where w get together and have fun and eat, it's a lot of fun! ・ω・) I found this new recipe online and I thought I'd share it on here
♪ヽ( ⌒o⌒)人(⌒-⌒ )v ♪ Enjoy! (o´ω`o)ノ

·Bananas
·Frozen yogurt
·Butter
·Brown sugar
·Cinnamon
·Foil
·Strawberries
·Chocolate syrup
·Chopped nuts
·Chocolate chips
·Cherries
(Mix 1 tablespoon of brown sugar with ½ teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Halve 4 bananas lengthwise; brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Wrap in foil and broil until golden, about 3 minutes. Top with frozen yogurt, toasted almonds and chopped chocolate and/or raspberries. ) YUM!! (˘˘)

Thanks for sharing this! It sounds tasty. Never would have thought to broil bananas. I might have to try it sometime. Your food day with your friends also sounds enjoyable...you should let us know what all you guys end up making!

I've never thought of broiled bananas before.Sounds delicious.

We used to do this at summer camp when I was younger over a camp fire. It was gooood.
There are so many things you can add to it as well. Have fun with your friends!
