Gratitude notebooks? - December 8th 2021, 07:25 AM

I've heard there are some notebooks/diaries that help with positive thinking and gratitude. Could you recommend any specific ones? Not pocket calendars, but journals meant especially for fighting depression or other conditions.

For me, I have a notebook that I just freely write my thoughts in. I make sure I write at least one thing at the end of my entry as to what I'm grateful for that particular day.

I don't know if there's such a thing, but your preferred template can certainly be Googled. I don't write in physical books, diaries, or journals; instead, I prefer writing in a Word document. There used to be a feature with Office that made this fun, but they got rid of it in the latest bundle package.
