L - Not having to rely on others to do things that I want.

Gratitude: Grateful for my very comfortable bed.
Learned: That today is not only remembrance day in the UK, but also Polish independence day and St Martin's Day and 'Laternelaufen' in Germany.
Accomplished: Made some good progress in the Pokemon game I'm playing. Also, I took my meds when I've been struggling to lately.
Delight: I ate some tasty chocolate that my friend's family got me for my birthday.
