I'm happy today because...

I had a much needed, relaxing bath!

I am able to relax and watch some videos.

My head has been hurting quite a bit but I am able to sit up and watch tv so that's a nice thing. Hoping my head will get better in the next few hours too.

EDIT: My headache has gone away, mostly. It lasted close to two days and was really bad for the past 10 or so hours but it is so much better! Maybe I will be able to read today.

I got to cuddle with my cat and boyfriend. Probably going to sleep now since my headache is coming back.

I finally remembered to order a new watch and I'm off again tomorrow.

A book that I have been wanting to read since last January ... finally released. I have had it pre-ordered since May 2017 and the release date got pushed back till now.

Can't wait and I hope that I can start it within the next few days.

I just paid off a student loan! Sure, it's my smallest one, and don't have much left in my account, but it's one loan completely gone, I did it out of my own money, and this debt was the first thing I wanted to pay once I had income.

I had a hopeful session today
My boyfriend was able to get a counseling session scheduled too.

I might be seeing a family member today. Haven't seen them in ages so that will be cool.

I had a great day today. I have been feeling so overwhelmed and stressed out lately. I am glad I didn't let those feelings prevent me from trying to enjoy time with my boyfriend.

Received something earlier than I expected! Was not thinking I would get it until sometime next week.

I visited my school and got to see a lot of my friends.

Tomorrow is Friday and I have been looking forward to the 16th for quite some time. My boyfriend and I will be celebrating our anniversary and Valentine's day.

Last night, I deleted the calorie-counting app I’ve been obsessing over for months. I wrapped my bathroom scales in a trash bag and they’re in my trunk, ready to be dropped off at Goodwill. I’m not half-assing this anymore. I’ve seen the beauty of life without an eating disorder, and I’m going to get there.

I was able to try a restaurant that I have been wanting to check out since last year.

I also got to stop by target.

I was able to get it AND I didn't spend too much.

I'm happy because I finished school early and I don't have a headache.

I have a highly anticipated read coming and I'll be reading a book I've been wanting to read since 2016.

Feel refreshed after having showered.

I am pretty certain my package will be coming today.

I am also happy because I slept decently despite struggling to get back to sleep after I woke up at 245am.

Today was better than yesterday, and that’s all I needed.

The week is almost over. I have Book Club Sunday. My boyfriend has an appointment tonight so I am hoping that will be 50 minutes worth of reading that I will do.

I fixed my schedule for Saturday and hopefully will figure out what the heck I'm doing by then. And the next week of schedule came out and I got a Suday off without asking for it!

I was able to figure something out that I have been stressing about.

I got mail from an old friend, I slept in (past 8:30?!?!), and I get to see family today!

I am going to be able to relax today.

Hopefully I will be able to get rid of this anxiety.

The items arrived!

I have been anticipating one of them since December or January!

March first is a day away.

I have a really cool item shipping that day. It will take two weeks to get here but that is okay.

On March first I will also get to pick a book of the month pick. I've found spoilers so I might end up skipping but we shall see.

Also, March 1st is 3 years with my boyfriend.

I'm excited for the new month and it's only a day away

I got through a week where I have not been feeling great

I'm not really sure why I'm happy right now, there was some drama earlier and my head hurts, but I'm feeling pretty upbeat at the moment

I am finally up and out of bed and not feeling terribly ill.

I was really tired yesterday...missed my Anniversary. I was feeling pretty tired and dizy today and slept a lot. Although my boyfriend and I did exchange gifts.

Hopefully I'll start feeling even better tomorrow.

Got my raise and Mom is going to deal with Medicaid crap so I don't have to do it anymore.

Finally got one huge thing of stress out of the way (I left my school job) and feel a bit good that I can do better now with school.

My mom has called me her pretty girl most of my life, ignoring everythig that might imply that I am anything else but her girl.
Today when I was at my parents place she calles me her beautifull child instead. I don't know if it was an accident, coincidence or on purpose, but it made me really happy

I'm happy today because even though things are kinda stressful as of late, today was an easy day.
