Everyone's hours are drastically cut next week, which financially not great, but I know it's not personal, I finally get a break, and 2/3 shifts I close with my favorite manager.

I got my first (technically unofficial) performance review, and I'm doing A LOT better than I expected. Actually exceeded expectations in more than one category.

I negotiated with my manager and agreed to a 5-hour shift on my day off in exchange for him cutting my 9-hour shift in half
