chat room wont work! - June 4th 2012, 08:05 AM
i used the troubleshooter and FAQ and nothing worked. im using a chrome only browser computer. no desktop or anything but i should have all the plugins.

i went to the chatroom and it showed a little puzzle piece on a grey background and said "No plug-in available to display this content"

what do i need to install?

Instead of giving you a whole list of things that you can try. Here's a link of a thread containing information with common reasons chat may not work for others, and how to fix it. If after you go through the list and still nothing works please do let us know!

You need to install Java:

Hey,

To access the chat room, you'll need to install Java. Without it you won't be able to gain access to chat since the Chat Room is run by Java. David has posted a link to the Java site!
