Interesting that almost everyone but you checked on me. Including the managers who just had surgery and another with a family emergency.

It looks like the tables have turned, and I'm not mad about it. He did it to teach me a lesson about how hard your job is; and I ended up proving to them what I've known from day 1. That I'm absolutely capable of doing it, and it's not as hard as you're making it.

So, apparently the solution is that I process these things for at least 24 hours, and then text them to you. It's the only way I can clearly communicate calmly and be understood.

The unfairness and double standards are sickening, and you don't even see them. You either value my opinion and input, or you don't. And based on your constant defense of them, and criticism of me, you obviously don't.

I hope the fact that she switched her shift doesn't mean you're not coming in tomorrow. Or that we're short again because tonight SUCKED, which is the wrong time for the top manager to just not come in because he feels like it. Unless something else went wrong, but I think you've been through it all this year already.

Apparently, we need to talk about this again, because not only have you admitted to other people that you've been a complete ass, but you had me convinced I was the problem. You get grace because you're human, and we expect this when your boss comes, but this is NOT okay long term. If I can't bring that to work, neither can you!
